FSG Co. Ltd was established in 2000 in Sichuan Province, China. The literal translation of “FSG” means “sweeping your rice clean.” The pickled mushrooms, wild bamboo shoots and eggplants are made with traditional recipes and enhanced with fried Sichuan peppercorn. Just a spoonful of FSG on top of rice is fragrant and enticing enough to finish the entire bowl of rice.
