Quality Ingredients

We insist on using only water, salt, and wheat flour to make the finest noodles with real materials. We invest a hundred times the amount in our factories that ordinary companies do, in order to produce noodles with certified quality and hygiene.

Meticulous Process

We use ice water to increase the water content and elasticity of the noodles, and ensure the perfect taste. Then we precisely control the temperature and humidity as the noodles undergo a nine-hour drying process.
